Responsibilities:

• Assist Payroll with payroll runs across multiple entities

• Managing accounts receivables / reconciliations

• Accessing vendor Invoices on the accounts system and reconciling with receipts, credit card statements etc.

• Identifying any discrepancies and taking appropriate action

• Month end close activities including GL reconciliations, Supplier reconciliations

• Manage the AR Inbox and mail and deal with AR related queries

• Working with Payroll to develop and implement ways to improve the Payroll and AR functions

• Assist with all payroll / AR administration and any ad-hoc requirements

• Supporting other members of the payroll and finance teams particularly during holidays/absence

Essential Requirements:

• Previous Accounts Reconciliation / Receivables experience (maximum 2 years’ experience)

• Prior experience in hospitality accounts an advantage

• In the process of starting/completing iPASS qualification

• Strong analytical and attention to detail

• Strong IT skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Advanced Excel – using formulas and functions for reporting

• Some experience in the use of Sage 50 and Thesaurus payroll an advantage

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and report to deadlines – flexibility required for month end working hours
